1. I am authorised by Adva Technologies Limited either directly or through my employer to gain access to the service management facilities (the "Management Tool") of the ADVASCAN™ Service (the "Service").

2. I understand that use of the Management Tool may give me access to information and processes that are proprietary, secret or otherwise confidential and I now undertake, promise and represent that:

a. I will not use, reveal, or disclose to any third party information disclosed or revealed to me through my use of the Management Tool, unless the information at the time of disclosure or later becomes public knowledge through no fault of mine.

b. I will not deliver to any third party, nor permit any third party to access, samples, parts, code, processes, or portions of the ADVASCAN™ Service or the Management Tool, whether in material, digital, online, or any other form.

c. I will treat any information derived from my use or evaluation of the ADVASCAN™ service as information that is subject to all the provisions above.

3. I acknowledge and agree that any and all rights whatsoever including copyright and all forms of Intellectual Property Rights for any material, web-pages or impressions, processes, or other information created arising from or in connection with my use of the Service and the Management Tool shall reside with Adva Technologies Limited.

4. I understand that these terms constitute a binding agreement which imposes legal obligations upon me and that its violation will make me subject to penalties and prohibitions including but not restricted to injunction and damages.

5. By my acceptance of these terms I bind myself to these obligations of confidentiality.
